Pipiltin Cocoa was founded in 2013 and is a producer of couverture chocolate from Indonesia. The basic ingredients for our cocoa beans are obtained directly from farmers, by curating local fermented cocoa beans from various regions in Indonesia, namely, Aceh, East Java, Bali, Flores and West Papua. We process cocoa beans into Chocolate Bar (Bean to Bar), and derivative products from chocolate. Each chocolate has a unique and unique taste that is influenced by the area of origin of the chocolate, this is called a micro-climate (the taste comes out by itself due to soil, climate, as well as the area where the cocoa plant grows, as well as several other factors.
